I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, anger, panic attacks, behavioral difficulties, mood changes, trauma, grief and loss, spirituality-related concerns, relationship conflicts, communication issues, and low self-esteem.
I specialize in helping clients process and heal from deep emotional wounds caused by traumatic life experiences. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices that promote lasting growth and transformation.
In addition to my clinical work, I am proud to be a newly published author. My writing extends my mission of helping individuals find clarity, healing, and purpose both in and outside of the therapy space.
